		<description>hard money lender guidelines are getting strict but there are a ton of them. I might suggest getting with a broker who deals with hard money. Or you can google it. As I said, there are a ton.</description>

		<description>There&#039;s PLENTY of private money out there if the deal makes sense and you can provide good returns.  Try Googling &quot;Hard Money Lender&quot; and your state and see what comes up.  I would lend money at good short term returns if there is appropriate equity in a deal.

Particularly with the stock market declines, if you can offer someone a good stable return and good security/collateral, they can loan money from a self-directed IRA if it is with the right IRA custodian...</description>
