To borrow against the equity in a property is a common practice. Rates of the property that will serve as collateral in securing loans are then somewhat competitive. Calculate once if you are purchasing for a resale but it is normally measured on an annual basis if you are renting out the property. To give you an idea whether the property is worth purchasing is the return of investment calculation.</p>
