REO Goldminer — Digging a Little Deeper

Just recently, I learned about a product called REO Goldminer that is going to change how the game is being played for all the real estate investors everywhere. Many of you probably already know that finding good quality deals or quality information when searching for REOs can be extremely difficult. When confronted with all the obstacles facing investors when looking for REOs, it is often the case that they switch to alternative marketing efforts. Have you ever had to post Bandit Signs, send out thousands of postcards or direct mail pieces or run classified ads in your local, barely read newspaper? Worse yet, many real estate investors resort to making calls to poor families that are losing their homes, in an attempt to find a win-win situation for everyone. Unfortunately, it’s not normally interpreted this way.
Assuming you could create a perfect real estate investing solution, you would most likely imagine a solution that brings the best deals to your computer with virtually no effort, and little cost. The beta version of REO Goldminer has been available until now and really hasn’t been officially launched and brought to the world. Apparently that is about to change mid-May. Then, the doors will be closed after a certain number of clients is reached and you will have to wait for existing clients to leave in order to get in, which probably isn’t a likely scenario. Kind of a one out, one in type scenario. But really the question is what are the masterminds of REO Goldminer claiming it does.
Here are a few of the big hitters that REO Goldminer claims it will supply. It allows you to search for REO opportunities in each and every state. It can also drill down to the city level. The selection of discounts that interests users is another function. Price can be searched by maximum and minimum. The results of REO Goldminer provide investors with list price, agent contact details, address, city, zip code, and more. Additionally, for investors who require it, REO Goldminer provides them with an estimate of overall value. When you are ready for offers, the program positions investors to make 2-25 offers per day. The creators have been building systems related to this service for awhile and this appears to be their crowning achievement.
