Not Just Another Real Estate Investing Article

The title of this post, “Not Just Another Real Estate Investing Article,” might seem a little confusing, but please bear with me. I want you to understand that you have arrived at a unique place on the Internet when it comes to information about income property and real estate investing.
On the internet, you can find a real estate investing article on just about any topic under the sun, from wholesaling to rehabbing, from short sales to tax liens, and everything in between. Most will tell you how to make money with whatever real estate investment vehicle is being discussed. Occasionally, one might suggest that you could, at the same time, give something back to the community you’re investing in. Few will tell you exactly how to do that.
This site will, which is why this is not just another real estate investing article.
Socially Responsible Real Estate Investing is something I’m passionate about. I used to drive through urban neighborhoods and wonder what it would take to revitalize them. After all, they used to be beautiful, and families used to live there, in days gone by. It could happen again, couldn’t it?
Stick around this site long enough and you see I’ve discovered an answer. I’m not naive enough to think it’s the only one, or even the best one. But it’s a very good one, and it’s the best I’ve found so far, because I’ve discovered I’m not alone in my passion. There are others, and they are making a huge difference, and earning double digit returns on their money at the same time.
