The Best REIT To Invest In May Not Be A REIT
As you may or may not know, REITs, (Real Estate Investment Trusts) are just what the name implies - “trusts” – or groups of like minded investors, pooling their investment funds to pursue a similar investing focus and investment goals. These types of real estate investments can be good, even great, places to share the responsibilities and risks normally associated with real estate investing.
As you can imagine, there are plenty of REITs available… a simple Google search will turn up several possibilities. Because they vary from investment to investment, it’s normal for me to get emails from investors trying to discover the best REIT to invest in. I’ll be the first to tell you, I’m no expert in REITs, but what I do know indicates that the best REIT may not even be REIT at all.
On this site, you’ll find information about a unique and highly focused investment vehicle, called by several names depending on who you’re talking to. Known variously as a “Socially Responsible Real Estate Investing Program” and “Cash Free Investing,” the program was put together by City Capital Corporation and it’s young genius of a CEO, Ephren Taylor.
Simply stated, City Capital’s program allows you to invest in urban renatl properties – up to six each year – using either your own self-directed IRA funds OR your good credit. City Capital puts the power of investors from around the country to work in urban areas where working men, women, and families need safe, affordable housing. What makes this program so attractive is that you don’t use your own cash, you don’t assume all of the risks yourself, you don’t apply your own “sweat-equity,” and City Capital guarantees your morgage and manages the properties for you. The working families City Capital creates housing opportunity for are pre-qualified and waiting for homes, ready and willing tenants for your investment properties!
If you’re considering a REIT, and looking for the best REIT to invest in, why not take a few minutes and investigate City Capital, Ephren Taylor, and their Real Estate Investment Program for Socially Conscious people. All you need to do is provide your name and email address at the right and you’ll be given instant, full access to all the information you need to make an informed decision.
